During his career (over 60 years!) Elliot Erwitt has become one of the most famous photographers of our time. He is known for his unexpected photographs and his style is recognizable everywhere. While he has taken iconic photographs of everyone from Marilyn Monroe to Jackie Kennedy, it is his ability to capture the vagaries of everyday life that sets him apart. While many of his black and white photos are quite humorous, especially those of children and dogs, his other shots are quite serious. Erwitt recently published a book in a very limited edition. 5. It’s called Eliot Erwitt XXL Collector’s Edition. It is 244 pages, hardcover, signed by the author, and full of Erwitt’s iconic photographs. 6. A more expensive version of the book comes out with an autograph of the author and a digital print of photographs. 7.
