Sampling Lumidee’s “Never Leave You (Uh Oooh, Uh Oooh),” Nicki Minaj recently dropped her first solo single of 2023 “Red Ruby Da Sleeze.” She now shares a matching video for the single.
Throughout the video Nicki — or is that Ruby?… or both? — is joined by Basketball Wives LA cast member Brooke Bailey. The video followed the announcement that Minaj will release her fifth studio album, and follow-up to 2018’s Queen, sometime this year, which she says “is the best thing that will come out of 2023 and will raise the bar to new and unreachable heights.”
