Has anyone else noticed a marked difference in Kylie Jenner’s style, when she was in Paris this past weekend?
Considering the beauty mogul is currently the face of Jean Paul Gaultier, I find it very interesting the timing of her switching gears.
After all, the Paris fashion label is buying into her Instagram style where everything is overtly sexual, but this new style kinda sees her present a whole new woman.
And I have several theories.
1. She’s watched ‘Succession’ has an epiphany, and realised that “quiet luxury” is the way forward.
2. She wanted to be the ying to her sister Kendall Jenner’s yang.
3. She’s cleaning up her act now that she’s supposedly dating Timothée Chalamet.
4. She’s seen how much attention Sofia Richie is getting from her lady-like style and wanted a piece of that pie.
I’m leaning heavily into number 4. If you have any other theories, please do share.
Kylie started off her trip on Saturday (May 27) wearing a Bottega Veneta halter midi dress styled with the Bottega Veneta Sardine top handle bag, Bottega Veneta Cone wrap around shades and Lanvin Swing pumps.
I’m shocked by how much I love this. Sexy, yet simple and sophisticated.

Later that evening she hopped on the hooded trend wearing a two-piece look from Ferragamo’s Spring 2023 collection styled with the labels black pumps and Ferragamo Micro bag.

On Sunday (May 28), Kylie was feeling very summery with an additional two all-white looks.
The first was another lady-like Maximilian Davis stone quilted cropped jacket and Madeline box pleat skirt as she was spotted leaving a Chanel store.
This time her look featured all-black accessories including The Row Olivia pumps and Gucci GG 1189 vintage shades.

My favourite look of them all was this Alaïa halter maxi dress, not only because of how simple it is, but I also love the all-white accessories which included The Row Margaux bag, and Loewe Petal sandals.
