We’ve rounded up all the stars who welcomed new additions or whose births came to light in 2023…

“Younger” star Nico Tortorella and his wife of four years, be.come project founder Bethany C. Meyers, welcomed their first child — daughter Kilmer Dove Meyers Tortorella — on March 5 after nearly three years of fertility struggles, Bethany announced on Instagram. “Kilmer is my grandfathers last name, my mothers maiden. Dove because Tortorella means ‘turtle dove’ and throughout our infertility journey she’s been coming to us through birds. Doves for days,” Bethenny captioned a series of photos of her family of three on Instagram. “For those of you who have followed along and know the significance of the number 39 for Nico, myself and baby … She was born at 39 weeks + 3 days, at 9:39 pm…can’t make this up! We had a beautiful, intense, raw, emotional, fast, safe and healthy homebirth. She was in fact born in the tent, surrounded by a circle of mothers (our immaculate care team), the spirits of ancestors past and future be.comings.” She concluded her post, “We wake up every day amazed that we get to finally hold our gift. It was worth every tear, every heartbreak, every needle, doctor and dime. For those still on their journey to parenthood, I see you I love you. For those who have supported us along the way thank you. We are in newborn bliss and completely in love with the dove.”

Nico — who’s made headlines over the years when discussing his queer polyamorous marriage — previously opened up on Spotify’s “Call Her Daddy” podcast about his and Bethany’s efforts to conceive. “We have never been this monogamous and straight in the 15 years that we’ve known each other. It’s been a f****** process,” he said in part, adding that while they focused on getting pregnant, “It’s OK to put my, you know, ‘alternative’ sex life on hold for a minute.”
