We are so excited about our field trip to the Dancing Treetops Outdoor Adventure Park. We are going to ask that you send some items with your child that they almost definitely won’t need. These are just suggestions, but they are also mandatory requirements.
If you have any further questions, do not respond to this email. Instead, keep sending in notes with your child that we probably won’t read.
To: Bunk 2B Parents
SUBJECT: Camp Shirts
On the day of the trip, please send your child in the camp shirt. Also, please send in a change of clothing with an additional camp shirt. A third camp shirt is also recommended.
In case these shirts become soiled, also provide us with a new SOLID ORANGE Hanes T-shirt and a Sharpie so we can easily makeshift a backup camp shirt.
To: Bunk 2B Parents
SUBJECT: Food Notes
We will be providing your child with a picnic lunch. But we suggest you also send lunch with your child. Additionally, please send in 6 snacks, 16 pieces of each for the entire bunk. Joey won’t eat anything but vegan beef jerky.
To ensure that no one has to sit on the grass to eat, we do suggest but also require that you send in your own portable table.

SUBJECT: Money, Lots of Money
All costs are covered, so there will be no need to send in money for this field trip. But in case one parent ignores our cashless camper rule, we do suggest you provide your kid with a black briefcase full of cold hard cash.
Any unused money will be graciously held as tips for your counselors.
