If there’s one thing we’ll never stop making as a people, it’s wild murder stories. I guess someone has to keep Netflix in business.
A widow from Utah self-published a grief book on Amazon, but that isn’t the most terrifying part. Turns out, she actually killed her late husband. Yeah, and THAT isn’t even the most f*cked up part. She’d tried before, and he KNEW.
Kouri Darden Richins, 33, was arrested Monday for allegedly poisoning her husband, Eric Richins, at their home.
On the night of the incident, Kouri says she made her husband a mixed vodka drink, a Moscow Mule, then went to bed with one of her kids who had a nightmare. When she woke up to check on Eric, he was cold to the touch and she called an ambulance.
According to Eric’s sister, he knew she was trying to kill him. She had even unsuccessfully tried to change their insurance policy months earlier.
People on Twitter are obviously having a field day with this. Of course they are. memeing the heck out of it, but the headline almost stands out on it’s own. Watch out Florida Man, Utah Woman is coming for your crown.
