Three 6 Mafia rapper Gangsta Boo died from an accidental drug overdose, an autopsy report has revealed.

The report, obtained by Fox 13, showed that the musician had fentanyl, cocaine, and alcohol in her system on January 1.

She was 43.

Just one day before her sudden death, the “Late Night Tip” hitmaker attended a Memphis gig with her brother, who was hospitalized after suffering an overdose himself.

He was ultimately able to recover from it.

The “Sippin on Some Syrup” rapper’s death was confirmed by her label-mate DJ Paul K.O.M., who posted a photo on Instagram of her deejaying in tribute at the time of her death.

The outlet, which is based in Local Memphis, Tenn., reported that Gangsta Boo was found dead around 4 p.m. local time.

Boo, whose real name was Lola Chantrelle Mitchell, shared an Instagram video just hours before her death.

In the post, the rapper gushed over her accomplishments in 2022, writing, “Some of the things that I did in 2022! So fun and productive, climbed out my shell alot!! 2023 go be 23’n! #JORDAN #BOOPRINT #recap Happy New 2023 everyone!”

The “Stay Fly” rapper was the second female member of Three 6 Mafia after K-9.

She went on to release various solo albums in addition to appearing in the rap group’s first five studio releases.

After joining Three 6 Mafia in the 1990s, Gangsta Boo left the group in the early 2000s to launch another solo album and numerous mixtapes.

The “Side 2 Side” hitmaker was featured in songs by famous rappers including Gucci Mane, OutKast, Latto, and The Game.

More recently, the Queen of Memphis began working with music outlets such as Uproxx to put out new music and performances.

In early December, she posted a video of her live performance of “I’m Fresh” in partnership with the publication.
