Located in the Western Cape, Paternoster is one of the country’s oldest fishing villages. It is popularly known for its lobsters and white-washed fisherman’s cottages.
Upon visiting Paternoster, you can partake in a number of water sports including kayaking, scuba diving and snorkeling. You will also be able to spot South Africa’s last manually controlled lighthouse.
Cullinan, Gauteng
The quaint mining town of Cullinan is nestled in Gauteng and offers a number of interesting things to do. This historic town has plenty of old buildings which now play host to shops and restaurants. The rugged terrain surrounding Cullinan is also a paradise for adventure lovers.

Graaff-Reinet is one of South Africa’s oldest towns and it is packed with heritage buildings. For the eager traveller, the destination is a treasure trove with lots to uncover.
From museums to delicious food at local eateries, there truly is something for everyone. When in Graaff-Reinet, be sure to not miss the scenic Valley of Desolation. That is where you can marvel at the sight of different species of birdlife. There is also an array of flora and fauna.
