Prince William and Kate Middleton took to social media with a relatable message following King Charles III’s hours-long coronation Saturday.

“What. A. Day.,” the couple captioned a short film via Twitter, which gave fans a behind-the-scenes peek inside their day with kids Prince George, 9, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5.

“Thank you to everyone who made it happen #Coronation,” they added.

The social media video, which was set to classical music, featured multiple clips with their youngest (and very tired) son, Louis, looking animatedly at the camera.

Other shots included the family leaving their Kensington Palace home in coronation regalia, and getting into a horse-drawn carriage en route to Westminster Abbey.

Another image showed the royal family on the Buckingham Palace balcony – right before the group waved to the crowds from inside their gilded carriage.

“Spectacular! Well done all of you especially Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis,” one royal fan replied on Twitter, with another adding, “I was up all night watching every minute on TV. Thank you for sharing your special day with those of us in America.”

On Sunday, the Prince and Princess of Wales kept the celebrations going by joining locals for lunch outside Windsor Castle.

Kate, 41, kept it casual for the daytime outing, opting for a blue Reiss blazer with a white top, black trousers and sneakers. She and her husband, 40, spent time talking to locals, while sipping out of Union Jack-themed cups.

However, as Page Six previously reported, Prince Louis was the real star of King Charles III’s coronation weekend. He completely stole the show with his meme-able faces, almost one year after his behavior at Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee went viral.

Throughout the day, he waved enthusiastically and made faces at onlookers, while showing off his tiredness with a series of epic yawns.

One month before the coronation, a palace insider told Page Six the mini-royal’s attendance was up in the air, explaining, “He’s only 4, after all.”

The youngster, who turned 5 on April 23, notably wasn’t present at his great-grandmother’s funeral in September 2022.
