Every week, we offer a selection of nourishing dishes made with fresh, whole ingredients for healthy meal preps. Each menu targets the 1800-2000 calorie range.
NOTE: Meal Prep Menu 2023: week 32 is designed to give you ideas. We aren’t about to tell you how many calories you should consume every day. (In fact, we don’t really like the word “should.”) Please calculate your macros HERE and then adjust the menu items’ portion sizes as needed.

How to customize:
- Freezer Friendly Chocolate Waffles
- 1:1 flour can be subbed with all-purpose flour.
- Eggs can be subbed with Just Egg.
- Use milk and oil of your choice.
- Swap out cacao for cocoa powder.
- Tempeh Burrito Bowls
- Use ground turkey, chicken, or beef instead of tempeh. Chickpeas would also work.
- You can swap the cauliflower rice for regular rice or quinoa.
- Use a store-bought salsa, if easier.
- Air Fried Crispy Chicken
- Swap the chicken for turkey cutlets or thinly sliced tofu.
- For a vegan take, use JustEgg in place of the eggs.
- Any breading or coating will work.
- Buffalo Chicken Mini Bell Peppers
- Replace the chicken with crumbled tofu, and use dairy-free alternatives for cheeses and mayo to make this vegan.
