Kelly Ripa wants the world to see husband Mark Consuelos through her eyes.
On Friday’s episode of “Live with Kelly and Mark.” the married co-anchors discussed a recent article about celebrities over 50 posing in the buff when Ripa encouraged her husband of nearly 30 years to follow suit.
“Baring it all has no age limit, do you agree?” Consuelos asked his wife. “I like it, I’m for it! Body positivity, why not?”
Ripa agreed, saying, “Of course — especially their bodies, my goodness. They are like, it’s like the Benjamin Buttoning of all Benjamin Buttons. Gwyneth Paltrow, Halle Berry, Paulina Porizkova, Jennifer Lopez, Martha Stewart.”
“I’m not an age-shamer,” she continued. “Here’s what I am: ‘Live and let live!’”
She went on to say trolls just need to “calm down,” noting that people are too easily offended and “get so fake-outraged over things.”
“Take off your clothes and calm down,” Consuelos replied, to which she repeated back, “Take off your clothes and calm down!”

The comment seemingly sparked an idea for Ripa, who turned to ask Consuelos if he would ever “pose nude.”
“No, I would not,” he bluntly replied.
The mother of three then countered, “As somebody who has seen you [naked] many times, I highly encourage it.”
“It’s a real treat,” she added with a wink.
Ripa has never shied away from gushing about her husband’s fit physique or their spicy sex life.
However, after Consuelos took over for Ryan Seacrest on the daytime talk show, Ripa joked that they took a “chastity” vow.
“Mark and I have taken a vow of chastity while we’ll be working together because I know how ABC does not like TV partners banging on the side,” she said on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen,” referencing the ousting of T.J. Holmes and Amy Robach following their scandalous affair.
Yet it appears their plan has backfired, as many fans of the long-running series blasted the couple for showing too much PDA during their first week on-air together.
