Nick Cannon says Mariah Carey is his No. 1 supporter when it comes to his massive family.
“She’s high frequency. She always asks me, ‘You aight? How you doin’? You handling it all?’” the new “Beat Shazam” host shares in an upcoming episode of “The Jason Lee Show.”
Cannon jokes in the exclusive clip obtained by Page Six that “nothing can infiltrate” the “Heartbreaker” singer’s “Manor of Carey,” which is why she consistently tells him not to bring “none of that bulls–t” home.
“When we talk daily, she’s just checking in on my spirit,” Cannon explains to host Jason Lee.
Although he has received plenty of criticism for being a father of 12, the “Wild ‘N Out” host, 42, merely dismisses the disapproval as “low-frequency messages.”
Carey, 54, however, does nothing but “encourage” her ex-husband.
“She’s like, ‘Yo, let’s make sure we’re on the same page every day so when some bulls–t comes up, we know that it ain’t true,’” Cannon says.
The former Nickelodeon star also reveals that he and the “Hero” singer, with whom he shares 12-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe, talk daily.
In a new interview published over the weekend, Cannon said he has been “villainized” as a “deadbeat dad” given the amount of children he has.
“I hear all the time: ‘You can’t be present for all those children.’ So therefore I get this ‘deadbeat dad’ title,” he said.
“It’s not about what I do for you or what I say to you; it’s about how you feel when I’m with you. If you feel loved when you see your dad, that’s what’s gonna resonate.”

The “Masked Singer” host, who revealed he makes $100 million annually, also shared that he has been upfront with all of his partners about his lack of desire for a traditional relationship before having children together.
“[As a man] who’s made his bones, you’re not looking to give half of what you built to someone you don’t even know,” he said, adding that he would rather have an honest relationship than be with “someone who’s telling them they’re the only one but still f—k the neighbor.”
One of Cannon’s baby mamas, Bre Tiesi, recently defended him and their relationship in the trailer for the upcoming season of “Selling Sunset.”
“Who I have children with is my business,” she said. “I don’t need a judge and a jury.”
