Amanda Bynes was placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold for the second time this year just days after she was detained by police.
Over the weekend, the Los Angeles Police Department took the Nickelodeon star, 37, into custody for a mental health evaluation — which she seemingly failed according to TMZ.
Sources told the outlet Monday that the former child star was deemed a danger to herself and those around her.
In fact, Bynes was reportedly the person that called the cops on herself in the first place.
