Jimmie Allen is being sued for sexual abuse and assault by his former manager, Page Six has confirmed.

A woman — who listed herself as “Jane Doe” in the suit filed Thursday in Tennessee — alleges that the singer “raped her and repeatedly subjected her to sexual abuse and harassment over a period of 18 months” while she was employed by his management company.

In the documents obtained by Page Six, the woman details that Allen, 37, allegedly raped her during a March 2021 work trip to Los Angeles while he was a guest judge on “American Idol.”

Jane Doe claims that, during a work dinner with Allen and other industry execs, she “drank a couple of glasses of white wine” and immediately blacked out.

The woman claims she “lost consciousness and awoke naked in her hotel room several hours later” with Allen allegedly next to her, urging her to “take Plan B as soon as possible.”

She claims she “was bleeding vaginally” and “realized she had lost her virginity through no choice of her own.”

Jane Doe claims Allen “sexually abused her at red lights, in green rooms, on airplanes, and in other places she was required to be to support him at events.”

In the court docs, the woman alleges the singer “raped her in private while choking her” and “videotaped multiple sexual encounters in order to blackmail her to stay silent.”

She further claimed to Variety — who was first to report the news — that he “forced his fingers into her vagina while she tried to yank his hand away” moments after they left the “Ellen DeGeneres” show in May 2021 and got into a car.

“I was disconnected from my body, feeling a sense of panic,” she claimed to the outlet, adding that she became “paralyzed” as Allen “held me in place.”

Allen denied all of his former manager’s allegations in a statement to Page Six, claiming the pair had a years-long consensual relationship.

“It is deeply troubling and hurtful that someone I counted as one of my closest friends, colleagues and confidants would make allegations that have no truth to them whatsoever,” Allen told us.

“I acknowledge that we had a sexual relationship — one that lasted for nearly two years.

“During that time she never once accused me of any wrongdoing, and she spoke of our relationship and friendship as being something she wanted to continue indefinitely. Only after things ended between us, did she hire a lawyer to reach out and ask for money, which leads me to question her motives.”

The “Best Shot” singer concluded, “The simple fact is, her accusations are not only false, but also extremely damaging. I’ve worked incredibly hard to build my career, and I intend to mount a vigorous defense to her claims and take all other legal action necessary to protect my reputation.”

Jane Doe is suing Allen for sexual battery, assault, false imprisonment, sex trafficking and emotional distress. She is also suing Wide Open Music and its founder, Ash Bowers, for participating in a venture engaged in sex trafficking and gross negligence among other counts.

Jane Doe alleges that she — along with one other party — reported Allen’s “inappropriate behavior” to Bowers and Wide Open Music, telling them how “uncomfortable working with” the singer was.

However, Bowers allegedly normalized Allen’s sexual harassment and fired her in retaliation.

In a separate statement, Bowers claimed to Variety that he did not fire Jane Doe for retaliation and she was let go after the label parted ways with Allen.

“[Jane Doe] was the day-to-day manager for Mr. Allen,” Bowers said. “Once Wide Open Music no longer managed Mr. Allen, that role was gone and, furthermore, [the company] has transitioned out of artist management completely.”

News of this lawsuit comes three weeks after Allen and his wife, Alexis Gale, announced they were separating after nearly three years of marriage.

“After much thought and reflection in recent months, Lex & I have made the decision to separate,” Allen wrote via Instagram on April 21, before revealing that Gale was pregnant with their third child.

“As we navigate this life change, we can also share that we will be welcoming another child together later this year.”

The “Down Home” crooner noted that their “number one priority is and always will be ensuring that [their] children are healthy, happy and loved.”
