No room at the inn? Stay in our spacious, quaint farmhouse stable and experience Mediterranean indoor/outdoor living! We’re just a few cubits from the local market, tavern, and temple. Plus, only a two day’s journey to the Dead Sea. Most importantly, our staff is discreet, which makes our manger the perfect place to deliver a baby of questionable paternity.
About this space
Hay berths sleep up to 5 adults and 8 animals. Bassinet for one newborn.
During your retreat, you’ll have full access to the surrounding property to explore. If you encounter a hideous, demonic-looking beast, please don’t be scared, that’s just the angel Gabriel.
What this place offers
- Bathroom essentials including frankincense and myrrh
- Fire pit (no central heating)
- Free donkey parking on premises

House rules
- No smoking. The hay is extremely flammable.
- No parties or loud music, especially from poor little drummer boys.
- Pets must be pre-approved. We cannot guarantee that our oxen will not eat them.
- Quiet time after sunset. The neighbors cannot be kept up all night by the screams of a woman in labor.
- Keep all latches closed. You will be charged for any missing or lost sheep, plus the cost of the shepherd’s time to track down the sheep.
- In the event of a birth, please clean up your own mess and scrub everything down before checkout.
- All bodily fluids such as placenta must be disposed of at least 100 paces away from water sources. Use of the outhouse will incur an additional fee.
Price
Free. We open our metaphorical doors out of the goodness in our hearts. However, a 300 shekel cleaning fee plus 200 shekel service fee applies. We also accept equivalent grains, livestock, or a daughter’s hand in marriage.
Getting Here
Follow the star in the East all the way to our farm. Upon arrival, we offer self check-in. You can access the manger via semi-private, open-air entrances on three sides.
