Support payments

Talk about a big payout! Braunwyn Windham-Burke will receive $11,000 per month from her estranged husband, Sean Burke, in child and spousal support, according to legal documents obtained by Page Six on Aug. 1. Court papers reveal that $6,000 will go to toward child support and $5,000 will go toward spousal support. Sean and Braunwyn share seven children, four of whom are minors. The former “The Real Housewives of Orange County” star came out as a lesbian in December 2020 and filed for divorce in the fall of 2022. In mid-July, the reality TV alum got engaged to girlfriend Jennifer Spinner.

Braunwyn has argued that the support from Sean is necessary because she doesn’t really know much about finances. In a court document, she once said, “I have relied on [Sean] to make all financial decisions for 23 years. And I have effectively been kept in the dark regarding the true extent of our business interests and assets.” Sean, who works for Economic Transformation Strategies, was ordered to begin the payments within a week of the July 26 decision.

Keep on truckin’

She’s in her generous era. As a thank you gift to the production truck drivers who have been hauling her “Eras” tour gear all around the country for the past six months, Taylor Swift gave all of them a $100,000 bonus. According to TMZ, the “Cruel Summer” singer handed out the checks last week just before her show in Santa Clara, California. There are around 50 truckers working on her U.S. tour, which means the pop star shelled out about $5 million. In addition, TMZ reported that Taylor also gave “very generous” bonus checks to band members, dancers, lighting and sound technicians, caterers and others working on her concert trek. The U.S. leg of the tour comes to a close on Aug. 9 after Taylor’s six-show run at Los Angeles’s SoFi Stadium. The bonuses are one heck of a parting gift.

$peaking gig$

Although her partnership with Bud Light did damage to the beer brand’s bottom line, Dylan Mulvaney is cashing in on the fiasco. The controversy-sparking trans influencer will charge $40,000 per visit to give speeches to students on college campuses, The College Fix reported on July 27. Just last year, her fee was $26,250. Controversy pays!

Last spring, Dylan and Anheuser-Busch teamed up for a March Madness campaign and her face was put on one single Bud Light can. That was enough to cause outrage, particularly among conservatives, many of whom boycotted the brand. Amid the outrage, Dylan temporarily fled to Peru and said she didn’t feel “safe” in America. In a bit of irony, Dylan seems to be shading Bud Light these days. “For a company to hire a trans person and then not publicly stand by them is worse, in my opinion, than not hiring a trans person at all, because it gives customers permission to be as transphobic and hateful as they want,” she said on June 29. In claiming the beer giant abandoned her and never reached out amid the backlash, she was left with “a loneliness that I wouldn’t wish on anyone.” According to reports, Anheuser-Busch has lost $27 billion in market cap value since the disastrous partnership.

For shame

Text has consequences. Bebe Rexha has confirmed that she and her boyfriend of three years, Keyan Safyari, have split… a breakup that comes after she seemingly outed him as a body-shamer. During her London concert on July 28, the singer asked the audience to “help” her before she sang “Atmosphere.” “I just went through a breakup so I might get a little emotional,” the Grammy nominee explained, according to E! News. A few days later, she said she was looking for a “new boyfriend.”

The split seemed to be inevitable. On July 16, Bebe posted a screenshot of a text message she allegedly got from Keyan. In the message, he said he loved her but wanted to be honest. Citing a conversation the two had, Keyan texted, “Would you rather I lied to you? You gained 35 pounds obviously you gained weight and your face changes? Should I just pretend it didn’t happen and that it’s ok? Come on I gain 3 pounds and you call me chubbs and fat. Doesn’t mean you don’t love me.” Keyan then wondered if Bebe was “finding reasons” to split up. “Don’t use something like that to weaponize your anger or anxiety or any insecurity you may have,” the text continued. “You know I have always found you to be beautiful and loved you no matter what.”

Farewell

Following the stunning death of “Euphoria” actor Angus Cloud, the actor is being remembered as a “one of the realest dudes in the business” who will be “deeply missed.” The actor, 25, was found dead in his family’s home in Oakland, California, on July 31. His mother called 911 and reported a “possible overdose” and indicated that her son did not have a pulse. He was eventually pronounced dead on the scene. Drake paid tribute to Angus on Instagram, calling him a “good soul.” Kerry Washington penned, “You will be deeply missed. Rest in Power.” Rachel Zegler added, “Please remember how loved you are. This world is so quick to make you feel otherwise. There are reasons to stick around and this world needs you. Oh, angus. we celebrate you.”

Picket problems

Stephen Amell is not exactly standing with his acting colleagues, who have been on strike for nearly three weeks. Over the weekend of July 29, the “Arrow” star was asked about the strike while appearing at GalaxyCon in North Carolina. “I support my union, I do, and I stand with them,” he said. “I do not support striking. I don’t.” The fact that Stephen was at the convention at all is a gray area, as SAG-AFTRA actors are prohibited from appearances “on behalf of or to promote companies we are striking against.” In a roundabout way, Stephen was promoting his Starz show “Heels.” “I think that it is a reductive negotiating tactic, and I find the entire thing incredibly frustrating,” he said of the strike. “And I think that the thinking as it pertains to shows like the show that I’m on that premiered last night, I think it’s myopic.”

“Real” reason for divorce

“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” was a factor — a large factor — in the collapse of Dr. Paul Nassif and Adrienne Maloof’s 10-year marriage. “I don’t think I’d ever do something like that again, especially if [you] look at my background with this,” the “Botched” doctor told E! News on July 30. “I think being on a reality show, it did speed up our demise and divorce. I think it was going to happen anyway, eventually.” Paul appeared on the first three seasons of the Bravo show when his then-wife was a main character. Paul and Adrienne, who share three children, divorced in 2012. Still, they speak often and have an amicable relationship. “I’ve talked to her at least probably five, six times a week,” he said of Adrienne, “which is a good thing for our kids.” Paul has since remarried, having tied the knot with Brittany Nassif in 2019. They welcomed daughter Paulina in 2020.
