Foxx forever
He’s back! For the first time since his mysterious health emergency, Jamie Foxx has been seen in public. The Oscar winner was spotted waving to fans on a boat in the Chicago River on Sunday, July 9. He later tweeted, “Boat life [fox emoji] Celebrating summer with @brownsugarbbn Stay blessed!” The day prior, Jamie also got in some swings at a local Topgolf driving range. A source told TMZ that Jame chatting with friends and family while swinging the club. His swing was reportedly “strong.” “He was walking regular, not dragging his leg. His arm movement were definitely good,” the source said. “He was just regular Jamie.” The actor was hospitalized on April 12 but little is still known about the “medical complication.”

Breaking her silence
Madonna has broken her silence for the first time since her dramatic hospitalization in late June … she also officially postponed her tour until the fall. “Thank you for your positive energy, Prayers and words of healing and encouragement. I have felt your love. I’m on the road to recovery and incredibly grateful for all the blessings in my life,” she penned on Instagram. “My first thought when I woke up in the hospital was my children. My second thought was that I did not want to disappointment anyone who bought tickets for my tour. I also didn’t want to let down the people who worked tirelessly with me over the last few months to create my show. I hate to disappoint anyone. My focus now is my health and getting stronger and I assure you, I’ll be back with you as soon as I can! The current plan is to reschedule the North American leg of the tour and to begin in October in Europe. I couldn’t be more grateful for your care and support.” The message came one day after Madonna was spotted out in New York City. It was her first public outing since she became unresponsive and intubated after a serious bacterial infection.

Bad romance
Jonah Hill’s ex-girlfriend Sarah Brady claims he was “emotionally abusive” during the course of their relationship, and she shared texts to try and prove her point. In her Instagram post of an apparent conversation, Jonah seemed to tell Sarah that several of her Instagram pictures were inappropriate. After removing some images, the actor allegedly told her it was a “good start” but that she didn’t “seem to get” his point. He also allegedly told her he was the “best boyfriend on earth.” In her messages, she called Jonah a “misogynist” who “gaslight” and “manipulated” her. “Someone being an emotionally abusive partner doesn’t mean they’re a terrible person (often stems from their own trauma) and at the same time it doesn’t mean it’s ok,” she said. Jonah hasn’t responded.
Dispelling rumors
Hayley Atwell is putting a stop to speculation that she and Tom Cruise are an item. Romance rumors began as the two filmed “Mission: Impossible — Dead Reckoning Part One.” “I would be like, ‘Ooh, there’s some weird rumors, and it feels base, it feels a little dirty, it feels grubby, it’s not what I’m about,'” she told The Independent. “Why are things being assumed or projected onto me about my relationship with my work colleague and boss?” The actress views Tom as an “uncle” figure and noted that the rumors involved “people in my actual life, my personal life, who have to be on the receiving end of that. It becomes invasive.”

Ozzy Osbourne’s bandmates once feared for his life after he didn’t show up for a tour date in Nashville. “Ozzy had a heavy cold, so a doctor had given him some Night Nurse. But instead of taking a couple of spoonfuls, he necked the whole bottle,” Geezer Butler wrote in his new book, the Void. “When we arrived at the hotel, he was already half asleep. When we got to the venue, we thought Ozzy must have gone there earlier. But there was no sign of him.” Soon, the band was calling the Prince of Darkness at his hotel, but there was no answer. The hotel manager also found no sign of him after entering Ozzy’s hotel room. The show went on without Ozzy. “We ended up having to report Ozzy missing. We thought he might have been kidnapped. We even thought he might be dead,” Geezer wrote. “The police scoured Nashville but couldn’t find Ozzy anywhere. They printed off posters and circulated them in bars: HAVE YOU SEEN THIS MAN?” One day later, Ozzy reappeared. “The following day, we were getting on the bus when Ozzy came strolling out of the hotel, looking bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, and said, ‘What time’s the gig?’ It turned out Ozzy had got off the bus, staggered into the first hotel room he could find – fallen on the bed and gone unconscious.”
