David and Lesley Beador’s legal war is heating up on the heels of the former’s reunion with his first ex-wife, “Real Housewives of Orange County” star Shannon Beador.
The estranged couple has filed for temporary restraining orders against each other in Orange County, Calif., amid claims of domestic violence, according to court documents obtained by Page Six Friday.
Lesley, 39, is seeking protection from David, 58, for herself, their 2-year-old daughter, Anna, her mother, Diana Cook, and her two children from a previous relationship, 14-year-old son Andris and 8-year-old daughter Inga, as well as two dogs.
Lesley claimed in her petition filed Tuesday that the father of her two other children, Eriks Pukke, filed for a temporary restraining order against David in August 2022.
Lesley alleged that David has physically “abused” not only her but also her children and their pets, “destroyed” her property and “threatened” her.

She also alleged that he has “sexually abused” her.
Lesley went on to claim that David has allegedly “controlled” her, prevented her from “getting food or basic needs,” stopped her from “accessing or earning money” and “isolated” her from her loved ones.
Lesley alleged that David “physically hit” her mom in February and “begged her not to press charges or get a restraining order.”
Lesley went on to claim that David “hates” Diana, whom he has allegedly called fat among other “derogatory names.”
“I believe my mother is in great bodily harm and is continually harassed by [David],” Lesley told the court.
Lesley also requested that David stay away from their children, pets and her mom.lesleybeador/Instagram
Lesley attached a letter from a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) named Priscella Jaen, who backed many of Lesley’s accusations.
Jaen claimed Lesley provided her with “several pieces of evidence documenting erratic behavior” over the past “12 months,” including “photographs with bruising on her body.”
Jaen alleged that David “utilized physical aggression toward Lesley’s immediate family” and claimed he had “ongoing display(s) of confusing, unpredictable and inflammatory behavior.”
“Despite exchanges [of their daughter, Anna] being at the Laguna Beach Police Department, David presents as erratic, volatile, angry, hostile, uncooperative, shaky, threatening and not of sound mind,” she alleged, claiming David once left the toddler “on the sidewalk” and allegedly changed her clothes “in front of several police officers” on another occasion.

Jaen said she believes that both Lesley and Anna are “in an unstable, high-conflict, harassing and threatening situation and environment.”
Both Jaen and Lesly claimed that David owns multiple firearms.
When contacted for comment, David told Page Six exclusively, “You think anyone would be interested or your company just makes money with click bait ads using my name?”
Meanwhile, he requested that the court “deny [Lesley’s] request for a restraining order and grant [his] request,” which he also filed for himself and their daughter on Tuesday.
David, on the other hand, claimed Lesley’s request is retaliatory after he expressed that he was requesting one as well.lesleybeador/Instagram
According to David, Lesley’s TRO petition is “purely retaliatory” after he filed for divorce last week — one day after Lesley did — and asked for legal and physical custody of Anna.
At that time, David claimed his legal team notified Lesley’s that he was also seeking a domestic violence restraining order against her. Her team allegedly informed him that she was doing the same.
Later that day, both parties “came to an agreement” and “signed a stipulation.”
However, David claimed Lesley “changed her mind and is unhappy with the agreement [they] entered into last week.”

Lesley, for her part, explained that “since the signing of the stipulation,” David has allegedly “made threats, harasses and creates a hostile environment” for her and Anna.
In his petition, David claimed he and Lesley have engaged in “intense and heated arguments,” accusing Lesley of “slapping” him in front of their “scared” child and Lesley’s other daughter.
“I now genuinely fear for my safety and that of Anna’s to the point that I have no choice but to bring this request,” he told the court, alleging that Lesley is also “attempting to extort” him.

David added that their cycle of “constantly separating then reconciling” has “done damage” to them both.

When asked for comment, Lesly told us, “Divorcing a narcissist is never easy. It’s messy. But worth the peace my family now feels at home. We are no longer walking on eggshells and waiting for the rug to be pulled out from under us.”
David initially filed for divorce in September 2022, citing irreconcilable differences. Lesley then claimed that she was filing for divorce after he dismissed his request. Hers was also eventually dismissed.

The pair welcomed Anna in February 2021 and wed that October.
David is also dad to three other daughters — Sophie, almost 22, and twins Stella and Adeline, almost 18 — whom he shares with Shannon.
After 17 years of marriage, Shannon filed for divorce in December 2017 following David’s affair with Lesley.
